Order Processing

Prepaid Orders: Orders are processed once the payment has been successfully received.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders are processed only after confirmation from the customer over a phone call. Orders that remain unconfirmed will not be dispatched.

Once confirmed, orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Identity Verification

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team may request a valid identity proof of the person(s) authorized to receive the parcel. Our logistics partner will deliver the order only to the specified recipient(s) for added security.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We ship across India through trusted premium logistics partners. All shipments are fully insured until they reach you.
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will share the tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email so you can easily follow your delivery.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through reliable and luxury logistics services.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 10–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Insurance: All international shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
