At Riwayat Jewels, we check every product carefully before dispatch and try our best to send exactly what is shown on our website and videos.

Exchange Policy

  • If your product arrives damaged, we will offer an exchange.

Return Policy

  • If the product received is different from what was shown on our website/videos, we will offer a return.

Important Requirement

  • For both exchange and return requests, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
  • The video must be shared with us on WhatsApp - 9266144188 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Without an opening video, we will not be able to process any return or exchange request.

Please Note

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact and original packaging.
