Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 92661 44188 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will respond within 24 hours and assist you with the exchange process.

Please ensure that:

• The product tags are intact and not removed.

• The item is returned in its original packaging.

Kindly note that products with removed tags will not be eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to deliver your order within 45 days of purchase.
In such cases, your refund will be initiated within 3 working days of confirmation from our team. The refunded amount may take 7–15 working days to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment once the cancellation is confirmed.
